- Having a drink
- Stress/Anger
- Boredom
- Walking (I do a lot of this in Manhattan)
- Taking a break at work
- Being around other smokers
Why do I want to quit?
- Get rid of the morning cough
- Get rid of the wheezing that occurs once in a while
- No longer have smokey smelling clothes, breath, and hands
- Overall health
Well, my opened packs of cigarettes are in the garbage. My lighter is no longer in my coat. The box of Commit is opened.
